Master Chicken Grill is a fantastic spot for delicious, affordable charbroiled chicken! We both had 12 chickens with sides, extra rice, beer, and water—all for under 300 pesos. The place was super busy, with lots of Uber Eats orders and locals picking up dinner, which is always a great sign. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly charred, with generous portions. Open from noon to 6, so get there early! Highly recommend!

Grilled meat heaven. Saw this packed spot on the way to my airbnb and the reviews were stellar so had to check it out. It’s on a pretty busy street but there is a way to walk to it from the side streets. Otherwise you’ll have to uber. You’ll immediately notice the rows of chicken on the grill. Service was quick and short and dining is just a few small tables. I think they do a lot of takeout and delivery but we ate there. If it’s your first time, trying both the ribs and chicken is a must. The ribs were succulent, rich, meaty, and jam packed with flavor. They’re covered in a sweet American style bbq sauce that goes so well with it. The chicken has a wonderful smokey flavor from the grill and goes super well with the fresh tortillas and salsas. It’s super moist and flavorful. Got a 1/2 serving of each for two people that was more than enough and super affordable. I honestly can’t say which I preferred more. I’d probably always get both the ribs and chicken each time. Highly recommend, especially if you’re tired of all the touristy spots on the beach.
This was the best barbecue chicken I have ever eaten! The ribs are pretty amazing as well. It was so good I went again the next day. That's all that really needs to be said about this place. If you are in Puerto Vallarta you need to eat here. After nine days spent in Mexico, this was absolutely my favorite place to eat. Prices are more than fair as well. So do it!

Eat and enjoy the beautiful view just across the road. MASTER Chicken is top notch experience and a must try for locals and visitors! Excellent food and service!
